Data Processing Addendum (B2B DPA)

1. Automated Incorporation into Master Terms

This Data Processing Addendum (“DPA”) forms an integral part of the Master Terms of Service between IM GAMES L.L.C-FZ (“Processor” for transient technical compilation, Meydan Free Zone License No. 2310563.01, Formation No. 2310563) and B2B Customer (“Controller”) pursuant to UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 (UAE PDPL) and Article 28 of the EU/UK GDPR.

2. Ephemeral Processing Instructions & Technical Measures

• Subject Matter & Duration: Transient in-memory compilation of Customer-supplied files lasting strictly for the duration of the synchronous HTTP request (typically < 5 seconds).
• Zero Persistent Storage: Processor writes zero Customer payload files to persistent disk, object storage, or AI training corpora.
• Encryption: All payloads are encrypted in transit via TLS 1.3 across Cloudflare Edge endpoints.

3. Authorized Infrastructure Sub-Processors

• Cloudflare, Inc. (USA / Global Edge): TLS termination, DDoS protection, and stateless Worker routing.
• Paddle.com Market Ltd (United Kingdom): Independent Merchant of Record for billing and tax compliance.
